Dispatch Time

After successful order confirmation, orders are generally delivered within 24–48 hours, excluding public holidays and non-working days.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged, broken, or defective items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos or videos of the damaged products may be requested for verification. 

Incorrect Products

If the delivered products differ from your original order, notify us within 48 hours so we can arrange the correct replacement.

Unsatisfactory Product Quality

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the products received, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Our team will review the concern and provide an appropriate solution. 

 

Return & Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange:

Step 3

Step 5

Our rider or courier partner may collect the products from your location.

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake or an incorrect shipment. 

 

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, refunds will be processed if the return request is approved.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Easypaisa

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return occurs because of our error.
